Hello new and old members of the Phoenix Region! Below, you will find almost everything you need to create your characters bio. Please make sure that all of the information on your character sheet is corrent, and try to be origional! The more origional your character is, the more likely his or her profile will be accepted. You are in charge of all your character profiles; make it in a different font, color, size or format! You do not need to use the format provided below, just make sure you include all of the information required.
-You are always encouraged to add more information about your character, but this is not nessesary! Also, try to use proper grammer and punctuation!-

Age: How old is your character? What's his/her birthday?
Gender: Is your character a boy, or a girl?
Appearance: How does your character look like? You may include an image of your character, but it's totally optional. Images are welcome, but please have a link to it if the picture will stretch the page!
History: How did your character get to the Phoenix Region? How did he/she grow up? Please don't put something like "No one knows her past", because everyone has a past, and atleast one person will know how this character grew up. Please include as much detail as you can, and make it as creative as possible!
Personality: How does your character act around others? Does he/she prefer to be alone, or in a group of friends? This is important to actually make your character feel more alive. Please be as detailed as possible!

Mew - Will befriend you, but it's uncatchable. --- Mewtwo - Will befriend you, but it's uncatchable. --- Celebi - Must befriend it, then you can catch it. --- Rayquaza - Earn it's trust/respect, then you can catch it. --- Groundon - Must be awakend first, then it will start a battle with your pokemon. Extremely hard to catch. --- Kyogre - Must be awakend first, then it will start a battle with your pokemon. Extremely hard to catch. --- Jirachi - You can befriend it, but it's uncatchable. --- Latios - Will randomly appear before a trainer. You can be friend it, for an easier battle to try and catch it. --- Latias - Will randomly appear before a trainer. You can be friend it, for an easier battle to try and catch it. --- Deoxys - You can befriend it, but it's uncatchable. --- Moltres - You can find it in the mysterious cave, but it's really hard to catch. --- Articuno - You can find it in the burnt tower, but it's really hard to catch. --- Zapdos - you can find it near the Energy source of Phoenix, but it really hard to catch. --- Lugia - Can be caught when you beat the elite four. It's extremely ard to catch. --- Ho-oh - Can be caught when you beat the elite four. It's extremely ard to catch. --- Entei - Will randomly be found in Sunset canyon, Really hard to catch. --- Raikou - Will randomly be found Valcen Town, Really hard to catch. --- Suicune - Will randomly be found in Valcen Town, Really hard to catch. --- Regirock - Must show it your true power before you can catch or befriend it. --- Regice - Must show it your true power before you can catch or befriend it. --- Registeel - Must show it your true power before you can catch or befriend it. --- Azelf - Can be befriended, but is uncatchable. --- Mesprit - Can be befriended, but is uncatchable. --- Uxie - Can be befriended, but is uncatchable. --- Giratina - Can be befriended, and can only be caught after you beat the Elite Four. Note - Only I,Valen can make legandary/rare pokemon appear,the other staff members can't,sorry.

Banning Steps
First time you break a rule = warning Second time = warning + 2-3 day ban Third time = warning + 1 week ban Fourth time = kicked off the site.
Of course it all depends on the rule that you break. If you, say, broke the rule about posting links that lead to explicit content then it will earn you an auto ban.

Out Of Character Rules
[1.] Racism, prejudice, sexism, etcetera, are not allowed on this forum. Anything relating to these topics will get you banned.
[2.] Try not to stretch pages. If a thread is found with a stretched page, the post(s) will be removed immediately.
[3.] Begging/Scamming will not be tolerated on this forum.
[4.] No spamming. This includes one word/smilie posts, and anything related to these items.
[5.] Chatspeak is discouraged.
[6.] Impersonation of another person, especially staff members, will get you banned from this forum.
[7.] Any link or talk of explicit content will result in automatic banning of the provider, and anyone who engages in their thread. (Explicit content meaning stuffography, etcetera)
[8.] Please respect everyone on this forum.
[9.] Keep cursing to a minimum.
[10.] Advertisement of odd sites will get you a short ban, until we are notified that said site is in fact safe.

In-Character Rules
[1.] Smilies that are used during roleplays will not be tolerated.
[2.] Refrain from using chatspeak during roleplays.
[3.] Try not to use out of character (OOC) posts during roleplays, only if it is absolutely necessary.
[4.] You can’t start roleplaying until your character is accepted.
[5.] Refrain from double posting.
[6.] Do not powerplay during in character (IC) roleplays. Powerplaying is where you take control over another person’s character. (IE: Bob goes up to Jim and punches him. You don’t give Jim a chance to react.)
[7.] Do not god mode during in character (IC) roleplays. Godmoding is where your character is invincible, like Superman without kryptonite.
[8.] Proper spelling, grammer, and punctuation is an absolute necessity when roleplaying.
[9.] Absolutely perfect characters are disallowed during roleplay.
[10.] Questions are always welcome in character, don’t be afraid to ask.
[11.] You cannot make pokemon or items appear for yourself during roleplay. Only moderators and administrators can make these things appear for you.
[12.] An administrator or moderator will tell you when your pokemon evolves, not yourself.
[13.] Administrators and moderators are the only ones who play gym leaders, rival trainers, Nurse Joy, and wild pokemon.
